Over the last five years, the Applications Development Branch (ADB) has been migrating the Agencys Administrative and Financial Systems to the Oracle platform joining the Agricultural Research Information System (ARIS). With this migration, the definition of ARIS has broadened to include both research and administrative programs. ARIS now represents all of the ARS systems designed and delivered through Oracle software by ADB.
